Ohhhh some very valid criticisms too. Yes, many Americans are very arrogant too! I was embarrassed by some of our American friends who came to visit & seemed to be compulsive at telling people they are American… yikes.

My husband & I lived in London for 2 years. We loved it! We met many beautiful Brits. But we did encounter some attitude. Many Brits really love to talk to us, it was great fun. But Brits, while having a wonderful sense of humor, would not laugh at themselves. There also seems to be some jealousy. It’s a different place that’s for sure. I didn’t understand situations occasionally, and rarely would a Brit explain. But I do love Britain! But they have some big issues that just don’t seem to be out in the open…..

The fact she called Americans "Imperialists" is rich. How does she NOT know that WE were a BRITISH colony at one point?! That and also the fact that British are known as "The nation that held the world in it's hands". The USA never had a lot of colonies.

I didn't sense that several times visiting there. Sure, received some fun "razzing the Yankee" at the pub but it was all in good fun. They were particularly thrilled when it came back at them. Then sat down and chatted away after, I guess, the initiation was over.

Liked how honest this was. I truly believe a lot of people lost respect for the US during the george Floyd protests and seeing how much the police were clashing with its citizens. All of my family and friends in England always tell me they don't care to visit and don't understand why I live here because it's so violent. It's sad but I get why they think that. Plus with the mass s**tings. America has a lot of good but for outsiders looking in, the bad outweighs it.

And the rest of the video confirmed most have stereotypes of most other countries and feel superior for some mysterious, unjustified reason. I'm not from either country but have travelled dozens of times in each. I make a point of talking to people, for directions as a last resort, and generally larger urban areas are worst, as expected, while in England the farther north west you go the nicer people are and in the US rural areas in the west and south are best, rural ghettos excepted. In the UK many people seem resentful of the US. US people tend to be blissfully unaware of other countries.

Processed food, plastic life, business and guns, using the car all time...my family is German/ italian and on my opinion the quality of life is better in Europe.

Paris is my favorite city to visit. Love it. Love it. Love it. But. I work and live where I am effective, efficient with maximum impact. If I was a lost individual trying to ‘find’ myself. Yeah, then I would think I could live in the touristy spots in the world. It sounds romantic and idealistic. But is far from reality. Home is where you make it. A lot of us don’t always come from the best families. There are some pretty messed up families that are beyond toxic and abusive. With that, I would understand in the necessity to move elsewhere. But if you’re a ‘lost’ delicate soul in search of your place of bliss. You won’t find it because you’re carrying all your unresolved psychological issues along with you.

I have romanticized Europe in my head since I was very small. Growing up poor in central Oklahoma I was made fun of for this. As an adult I am still just as curious about Europe. I surround myself with found treasures and books about different European countries. I will go one day, but I will always be curious and excited about learning more.

Brother when I say that I am far behind in life, I am comparing myself with the version of me who did not waste time, who worked hard and took life seriously instead of procrastinating. Therefore, he would have achieved so much at this point of life. I think of the facilities I have that many don't. I low-key feel regret for wasting my time. I know that I am young (18 y/o) but still I could have been a lot better.. Intellectually, socially and financially if only I had started earlier. I don't know if you are ever going to read this and guide me. So, I'll try to guide myself (Just because I want to get it out of my mind) I'll never forget my mistakes, but also will not stick to them. I'll learn from them, and try to make new mistakes everytime so that I learn something new from each failiure. I'll try to organize myself. Whatever I chose to do, I'll do it with complete seriousness and give in my 100%. This is the advise I think that will work for me for now at least. I'll never stop learning and moving forward.

It always worth saying that America has a very good democracy, hence all the comments about America with any sort of political pushback or retaliation. I think this is something people take for granted.

What are you talking about with Brexit supporters being isolationist? My cousin voted for Brexit and he’s an immigrant from Poland . Many British people wanted to leave the EU but still wanted to trade with Europe. They just didn’t want to be part of a giant bureaucracy . There’s nothing isolationist about that . As an American citizen, but more so a real life human being, I do not exist to appease anyone else in this world as if I need their stamp of approval in order to exist. I honestly do not care. I exist because I exist, and you can like that or not. It’s entirely up to you. Perhaps focusing more on thyself than others will net a better personal life experience than loathing other people you actually know very little about. Grow Up!!!

If you feel the need to apologize for being American, just stay there. We see exactly why the media lie with every breath they take...because people parrot the lies thinking they are true. For starters, the homeless here are homeless by choice or illegal aliens. They are all and/on drugs or mentally ill and refuse to live in provided housing where they have rules. Those who do not have health insurance will still be treated if they go to the hospital and the debt is written off. Anyone can sign up for govt healthcare but they don't because they're completely dysfunctional due to being on drugs...make no mistake, the govt is doing nothing to stop the flow of fentanyl through the wide open border. When everyone finally realizes who their true common enemy is, we can begin to fix the problems of the world. That enemy being the Global cabal/EU/Rothschild Banking cartel. The younger generations are expressing shame against their own country because they've been radicalized by the Marxist lies in their colleges and Universities...who are just whores selling their integrity and pushing the Marxist narrative. Just like in Russia during the Bolshevik Revolution, it was the Intelligentsia who sold out their own country to further the cause of the Communists...how'd that work out for them in the end?
